My name is Thersa Couch and I am from The Woodlands, Texas. I travel around the US helping end hunger as an onsite event facilitator.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is:

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is that it’s all about attitude. You could be going through the hardest stuff in life or daily, monotonous tasks, but if you have a bad attitude it makes everything that much hards.

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars?

My best piece of advice for a candidate who wants to join our team is to be a communicator.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?

The most inspiring part of my job is to hear the stories from the people we meet at events who have benefited from back pack programs and seeing families and communities come together to take care of their own.
